Depth of field

This is a shot of depth of field. In this picture i had my friends stand in random places behind one another. I took the shot with an f-stop of f8. Therefore letting less light in, everything was able to be in focus. This picture has a great depth of field.

This is a shot of depth of field. It is the exact same shot I took before but this time I was using an f-stop of f2.9. Therefore, allowing more light to come into the camera so you can focus on one thing and having the rest blurry. This picture is an example of a poor depth of field.
