The subject and the background are frozen by using a small aperture and a fast shutter speed. This goes to show just how small these water droplets can be.

What I think makes this photo very interesting is how many dots there are in the water. But, what is also very cool is just how much the lines in the water tend to show.

What I like about this photo is how many water droplets there are in the photograph. That way I can observe more on how fast the water runs in the stream.
